Privacy Policy

There are no accounts, and we collect nothing that can identify you.

This site is served through Cloudflare, and Cloudflare injects a visit logging script into our pages by itself. We did not add it, so the browser is instructed to refuse it, and that record never leaves. The tag is still inserted upstream, and it seems better that you know. We use no cookie of our own.

Kept on your device

• Which setup steps you ticked. That stays in this browser only.
• Clearing your browser site data removes all of it.

Anonymous signals the server receives

• Step names (visit, opened a tool page, finished a step, opened the troubleshooting table, followed an outbound link, shared, first input), UI language, the channel label we wrote into our own link or the domain of the previous page, and the date you arrived (day only, no clock time). We do not read IP addresses, device info, or cookies.
• Which tool or which step you opened is never sent. Only a single step name is.
• These signals live in short-term server logs only and are never shared with third parties. We run Google AdSense to cover running costs, and Google may use cookies or advertising identifiers for that under its own policy.
• Deleting your browser site data removes everything on your side, because no personal record exists on the server.

What this service cannot do

• It does not play the game for you. A web page cannot see or touch anything outside the browser. It never signs in to your game account and never downloads anything for you.
• No field on this site asks for account details or an API key. If something asks, it is not us.
• Steps and diagnoses come from the studio's own guide and each tool maker's own documentation, with the date we checked shown next to each one.
• We are not affiliated with Nexon, and this guide is not endorsed by them.
